Preparticipation Physical Evaluation for the 2024-25 School Year
The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) requires all student-athletes to complete a Preparticipation Physical Evaluation (PPE) for the 2024-25 school year. This evaluation ensures that all athletes are physically prepared to safely participate in sports activities.
The PPE form must be completed by a licensed healthcare provider and submitted to the school before students can engage in any athletic practices or competitions. Parents and guardians are encouraged to schedule these evaluations promptly to avoid delays in their child’s participation in school sports.
