We are thrilled to announce that Horizon Science Academy Cincinnati participated in the prestigious Art & Language Festival held in Chicago, IL, showcasing our students' exceptional talents in various art forms. Organized by Concept Schools, the festival is a celebration of global language, art, dance, music, and song, providing a platform for students to exhibit their creativity and cultural diversity on stage.
This year, our school made a remarkable impact with a diverse team of performers. Six talented dancers, two captivating singers, five skilled artists, and one powerful spoken word poet represented Horizon Science Academy Cincinnati at the annual event. Each participant brought their unique flair and passion to the stage, captivating the audience with their performances.
The Art & Language Festival, which began in 2008, has been a melting pot of cultures, with students from around the world showcasing their heritage and traditions. From Poland to India, Bosnia to South Korea, and beyond, the festival celebrates the rich tapestry of global diversity through art and language.
Beyond the stage performances, attendees had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant art exhibition, featuring a stunning array of cultural pictures, photographs, paintings, handicrafts, and sculptures. These masterpieces, created by students, served as a testament to the creativity and talent nurtured within our school community.
Participating in the Art & Language Festival not only allowed our students to showcase their artistic abilities but also provided a platform for cultural exchange and appreciation.
